Glorimar Hickman is a seasoned Latina leader in technology with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. She has successfully spearheaded over 100 strategic initiatives for Fortune 500 companies and healthcare organizations across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Glorimar’s expertise spans all facets of telecommunications, including Voice and Data Network, Unified Communications, Telecommunications, Contact Center Design and Consulting, Telecom Expense Management, and Sourcing, Procurement.


She brings a deep understanding of telecommunications technology and its operational impact, specializing in assessing current states and delivering actionable roadmaps to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Her strategies focus on building stronger brands and improving business performance through Enterprise Networks, workflow optimization, workforce management, Omnichannel integration, IVR, and CRM solutions.
